The much used “Hey Siri” trigger phrase for waking up Apple’s voice assistant may soon be replaced with a simpler “Siri” phrase instead. However, making this possible reportedly requires a lot of effort on Apple’s end and hence the new shorter trigger phrase may only be available by next year.
